Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics, operations, and administration for groups and individuals traveling to Israel from abroad.
- Build itineraries and coordinate with local suppliers.
- Provide quotations and problem-solving solutions.
- Maintain close communication with foreign agents.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and French, with additional languages being a plus.
- Experience in the tourism industry is a plus.
- Good familiarity with Israel or willingness to learn.
- Independent, responsible, passionate about assisting customers, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and fully computer literate.
- Full-time position (Sunday-Thursday) at the office, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Our office is located just five minutes from the Hashalom train station.
