Location: Ortra’s office – Tel Aviv central, within a walking distance from the central train station. (on-site)
What will you do:
- All registration reporting including on-site registration
- Being the main point of contact for all registration related issues
- Managing delegate enquires and maintaining customer service
- Working closely with third party suppliers including hotels and other vendors across multiple locations
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Managing appropriate confirmation documentations to all registrants and third party suppliers or internal support services involved with the project
- Onsite support
who are you:
- Have excellent communication skills
- English and Hebrew proficiency
- Organized, detail oriented, focused on results
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Service oriented.
