Conference & Events Sales ‎Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Sales & Customer Relations ‎Coordinator to join our team at the most beautiful towers in Tel Aviv. ‎‎

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the conferences ‎and events industry, as well as excellent marketing and self-expression writing ‎skills in English and Hebrew.‎

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with customers and ‎suppliers to increase the company’s customer base, attract international ‎conferences to Israel, and respond to RFQs and tenders. You will also be ‎responsible for creating conference concepts, budgets, and presentations for ‎potential clients.‎

To be successful in this role, you should have a broad business vision, strong ‎organizational and attention to detail skills, and be able to work ‎independently as part of a team. Experience in creating high-end ‎presentations within a time limit, working with suppliers, and negotiating ‎skills are also essential.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Monday.com is ‎required, and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. A ‎bachelor’s degree is a must, as is marketing experience – experience in the ‎international conference market is a plus.‎
