We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Sales & Customer Relations Coordinator to join our team at the most beautiful towers in Tel Aviv.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the conferences and events industry, as well as excellent marketing and self-expression writing skills in English and Hebrew.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with customers and suppliers to increase the company’s customer base, attract international conferences to Israel, and respond to RFQs and tenders. You will also be responsible for creating conference concepts, budgets, and presentations for potential clients.
To be successful in this role, you should have a broad business vision, strong organizational and attention to detail skills, and be able to work independently as part of a team. Experience in creating high-end presentations within a time limit, working with suppliers, and negotiating skills are also essential.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Monday.com is required, and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. A bachelor’s degree is a must, as is marketing experience – experience in the international conference market is a plus.
