08:30 We start the tour by visiting the Tower of David.
Enjoy the panoramic view of Jerusalem, and at 09:15, continue to the Old City for a visit to the Muslim Quarter to enjoy a tasting of various local delicatessen. We’ll pursue our discovery of the city with a visit to the City of David, where the history of Jerusalem started. Next, at 13:30, we will visit the Machane Yehuda Market, ‘The Shuk’, in downtown Jerusalem for an incredible Israeli food-tasting experience and lunch in a local restaurant. A walk on the Ramparts of the Old City will bring us directly to the Christian area of the city. After a visit to the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, we will walk down to the Jewish quarter and finish our tour at the Western Wall, the holiest Jewish site.
18:30 After a short pause in the hotel, continue to a traditional Jewish dinner as part of home hospitality.
20:30 Return to the hotel.

08:00 Check out of the hotel and drive to Ein Karem, meaning “spring of the vineyard.” Being the birthplace of John the Baptist, Ein Karem is an unavoidable stop for Christian pilgrims worldwide. We will visit the Church of the Nativity of St John the Baptist and the Visitation Church. Right before lunch, we will drive back to Jerusalem and visit the Israel Museum to admire the famous 2,000-year-old Dead Sea Scrolls and the oldest bible in the world. We will enjoy a traditional meal at the heart of the Old City’s Armenian quarter. The day will go on with a stunning panoramic view of the Mount of Olives. From there, we will walk to the Gethsemane gardens, where Jesus prayed the night before he was crucified with his disciples. We will end the day with a pleasant walk around the first neighborhood built outside the antique City of Jerusalem: Mishkanot Sheananim. Through the Culture and Hospitality center, we will discover the modern city’s history and culture.
17:00 Return to hotel.
19:00 Pick up for dinner at a local restaurant.

08:30 We will leave the hotel and drive south to the Judean Hills. To start the day, we will visit local wineries for wine tasting. Following, we will have the opportunity to participate in a Foraging workshop and delve into the tradition of foraging wild plants together with lunch making. Proceed for a Raizers ride tour and have an overlook of the agricultural greenhouses in Tel Azekah and enjoy the view of the Ellah Valley.
Drive to the hotel in Tel Aviv and check in.
19:30 Pick up for dinner in the center of Tel Aviv.
22:00 Back at the hotel.

08:30 The day will be about what makes the White City not only one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites but, foremost, the cultural and economic center of the Start-up Nation. We will walk around different city areas, starting with Sarona, the old German Templars Settlement, and explore downtown Tel Aviv, in the Florentine area, with a Graffiti tour. Lunch at a seashore restaurant. Tel Aviv is the center of the nightlife. After lunch, we will visit Ha’mazkeka distillery to learn about the whiskey-making process. The day will end with a visit to the Peres Center for Peace and Innovation. The Peres Center welcomes people from all over the world, singles, families, heads of state, students, and more, to introduce them to some of the Israeli innovations and technologies that make Israel gain the nickname of the Start-Up Nation. On the way back to the hotel will have a glance at Jaffa, where Tel Aviv was born.
16:30 Back at the hotel to freshen up and prepare for the Gala dinner party.

15:30 Neve Tzedek, through its small streets, rich history, secrets, and significant artistic and cultural influence, is nicknamed by the locals the little Paris. We walked around this area, the very first Jewish area built, and thanks to Tel Aviv, it was born. As its name means, Neve Tzedek, the Oasis of Justice, is the perfect location to escape the city inside the city. After that, we will eat an early dinner.
