07:30 Arriving in Israel and transferring to Jerusalem for an early check-in at your hotel. At 11:00, after greeting your tour guide, you will discover the Machane Yehuda Market, ‘the shuk’ in downtown Jerusalem for an incredible Israeli food-tasting experience and Lunch in a local restaurant. Continue to visit the Old city quarter to explore the holy religious sites. We proceed for a tour of the Ramparts Walk surrounding the Old City of Jerusalem and continue to the Davidson center Archaeological Park, one of Jerusalem’s top tourist attractions due to its historical and archeological significance.
17:00 back at hotels for freshen up.
18:30 Meet and transfer for the gala dinner.

08:00 Check out the hotel and drive South towards the lowest place on earth, the Dead Sea. In the middle of the desert, a natural oasis, the Ein Gedi National Park, with its natural springs and waterfalls and flowing brooks at the foot of the cliffs, is home to ibexes and rock hyraxes. We then shall visit the Badolina Ein Gedi Glamping, an excellent location for accommodation and experiencing the special breeze of the Dead Sea. The bike ride will take us around the dead sea shore before getting to the Masada National Park fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Finally, we will head to your Hotel for Lunch, relax, and enjoy some SPA treatments that made the dead sea known worldwide. Time for leisure and freshening. Traditional dinner will be served at your Hotel.

08:30 We leave the hotel and drive to Caesarea National Park, a “must visit” for anyone who has ever dreamed of a place that magically combines glorious Roman and Crusader-era ruins, beautiful beaches, and stunning scenery. Discover one of the best wineries with a grape lover’s guide for wine tasting. We will enjoy lunch in nature, a Maagan Michael. After a digestive walk around the natural reserve, on an easy track at this splendid natural reserve along the Mediterranean Sea. We shall continue to visit Kibbutz Maagan Michael to have an introduction and explore the Kibbutz life. We will head to Binyamina and Zichron Yaakov, located upon Mt. Carmel, with magnificent views across the Mediterranean Coastal Plain and where Israel’s top vineyards are located. Continue North to Haifa, the third-largest city in Israel after Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. Built on the slopes of Mt. Carmel, the settlement spans more than 3,000 years. Check-in at Hotel for a brief freshen-up.
19:20 Pick up for Dinner reserved at a local Asian restaurant.

08:30 The day will start with a walk in the German Colony, then with a breathtaking view of the Bahai Gardens. Continue at
11:00 to Acre, the old Crusader city and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After a short ride to Acre, we will travel to the Middle Ages and discover the significant settlement built by the Knights Hospitallers of St John and the Templars Tunnel. Lunch at Acre Shuk. Following, we will enjoy a boat ride at the Marina and view the ancient coast. Proceed for a visit and tasting at Malka Brewery. Drive to a hotel for check-in and freshen up.
19:00 – Leave the Hotel for Dinner at a local restaurant.

08:30 after breakfast at the hotel, we will drive to Kfar Kama, a Circassian town located in the Lower Galilee of Israel’s northern district. Visit the Circassian Heritage Center and a local Dairy farm to taste and experience some new flavors. Continue to Ka’abiyye for Bedouin hospitality. Proceed to Usafiye and have a traditional Druze-style Lunch. After Lunch, we will visit the Carmel – Druze Heritage center. Continue to Tel Aviv and check in at the hotel.
19:00 Farewell dinner in Old Jaffa till 22:00.

15:30 Neve Tzedek, through its small streets, rich history, secrets, and significant artistic and cultural influence, is nicknamed by the locals the little Paris. We walked around this area, the very first Jewish area built, and thanks to Tel Aviv, it was born. As its name means, Neve Tzedek, the Oasis of Justice, is the perfect location to escape the city inside the city. After that, we will eat an early dinner.
