08:30 The day will start where everything began: The city of David. The 3000 years old stories and History of King David, King Salomon, and many more can be told through the incredible archeological remains of this site
After that, at 14:00, we will enjoy a culinary visit at one of the Jerusalem landmarks: the Mahane Yehuda market. We will then walk around the Jerusalem suburb of Ein Kerem, an unavoidable stop area for Christian pilgrims worldwide since it is the birthplace of John the Baptist.
On our way back to Jerusalem, we will admire the old city from a stunning observatory terrasse, and finally, we will enter the ancient city. Through the different quarters, we will discover the sites that make the city of Gold the cradle of the three monotheist Religions.
Enjoy the Holy Sepulcher, the Muslim market and the Western Wall, the holiest site of Judaism.
18:00 After a short pause in the hotel, continue to a traditional Jewish dinner as part of home hospitality.

08:30 We leave the hotel and drive to Binyamina and Zichron Yaakov, located upon Mt. Carmel, with magnificent views across the Mediterranean Coastal Plain and where Israel’s top vineyards are located. Discover one of the best wineries with a grape lover’s guide for wine tasting. Proceed to Haifa, the third-largest city in Israel after Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. Built on the slopes of Mt. Carmel, the settlement spans more than 3,000 years.
At 12:00, Explore a Culinary excursion in Wadi Nisnas and have lunch in a local restaurant. After Lunch, we will proceed to the Bahai Gardens, probably the most distinct tourist attraction in all of Haifa and very likely the most visited. This is the holiest site of the Bahai faith. Last year alone, 750,000 people enjoyed the beautiful terraces of the Bahai Gardens, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Continue to our Hotel for check-in and some time to freshen up.
19:00 Leave the hotel for dinner at a local restaurant. After Dinner, we will have the option to drive through the German colony district.
21:00 Return to hotel

08:30 We will leave the hotel and drive up north to Yehiam Fortress National Park, which demonstrates the ruins of a large and impressive fortress, combining buildings from the Crusader and Ottoman periods and also having an overlook of the area and the Bedouin population. Continue to Acre, the old Crusader city and a UNESCO World Heritage Site with one of the oldest ports in the world. We will visit Knights Hospitallers of St John and the Templars Tunnel, discovered in 1994 and used by the Templars as a secret escape passage in times of battle.
19:00 after a short pause in the hotel, leave for dinner at a local restaurant.
21:00 Return to hotel

08:30 after breakfast at the hotel, we will drive to Kfar Kama, a Circassian town located in the Lower Galilee of Israel’s northern district. Visit the Circassian Heritage Center and a local Dairy farm to taste and experience some new flavors. Continue to Ka’abiyye for Bedouin hospitality. Proceed to Usafiye and have a traditional Druze-style Lunch. After Lunch, we will visit the Carmel – Druze Heritage center. Continue to Tel Aviv and check in at the hotel.
19:00 Gala dinner in Old Jaffa

09:00 – After breakfast, leave the hotel.
10:00 – Opening ceremony.
11:30-14:30 – B2B meetings.
14:30-15:30 – Presentations by regional managers.
15:30 – Neve Tzedek, through its small streets, rich history, secrets, and significant artistic and cultural influence, is nicknamed by the locals the little Paris. We walked around this area, the very first Jewish area built, and thanks to Tel Aviv, it was born. As its name means, Neve Tzedek, the Oasis of Justice, is the perfect location to escape the city inside the city. After that, we will eat an early dinner.
