Enjoy the panoramic view of Jerusalem and continue to the old city to visit the Muslim, Christian, and Jewish quarters.
12:00 Proceed to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth, a natural wonder brimming with a unique ecosystem, breathtaking desert views, and mineral treatment been attracting visitors for thousands. Check-in at the hotel and enjoy Lunch and an opportunity to enjoy a Spa treatment at the hotel Spa (upon availability).

08:00 After the check out from the hotel, we continue to Masada National Park, considered to be the symbol of the struggle of the Jewish people for freedom. The thrilling historical events on the mountain and the archaeological findings contributed to UNESCO declaring it a World Heritage Site.
We will then drive to one kind of Kibbutz located in the heart of the desert and develop its ecological management, the very first “green Kibbutz” in the world. After lunch, we are invited to another Kibbuz to discover and understand the agricultural miracle in the desert. Once we finish our visit at Kibbutz Elifaz, it is time to ride south through the Negev Desert and arrive at the Geological site of Timna. Not only can we witness the wonders of nature, but History has been made there at the times of the Pharos. We will enjoy a fantastic walk at sunset, with dinner around a bonfire. After this amazement, we will finally join our hotel in Eilat.

09:00 visit the Underwater Observatory, a unique attraction that combines fun and learning in a once in a lifetime experience. Proceed to the Red Sea winery, a small winery located next to Eilat; the visit includes wine tasting. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. Drive back north and stop at Mitzpe Ramon visitor center located next to Mitzpe Ramon Crater, created 220 million years ago when oceans covered the area; have a short hike in the Crater and continue for dinner and overnight at Ein Gedi Kibbutz Hotel that offers splendid botanical gardens.

08:30 Check out from the hotel and drive to the impressive remains of the ancient Nabatean city of Ovdat national park. Continue to Carmey Avdat winery and its planted vineyard on the ancient terraces that are part of the ruins of a 1,500 years old agricultural settlement. Continue for an unusual Bedouin-style Lunch. After Lunch, we shall drive to Tel Aviv. Check-in at Hotel and prepare for the Gala dinner at 19:00.

15:30 Neve Tzedek, through its small streets, rich history, secrets, and significant artistic and cultural influence, is nicknamed by the locals the little Paris. We walked around this area, the very first Jewish area built, and thanks to Tel Aviv, it was born. As its name means, Neve Tzedek, the Oasis of Justice, is the perfect location to escape the city inside the city. After that, we will eat an early dinner.
