A detail-oriented, service-minded Registration & VIP Coordinator to manage participant registration and guest services from start to finish.
Job Description:
- Planning and setting up registration forms within a dedicated system, with ongoing updates and management throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee participant registration and coordinate service bookings such as hotel accommodations, transportation, and tourism activities
- Communicate with local and international guests and speakers, addressing their needs before and during the conference
- Work directly with hotels: manage agreements, negotiate terms, allocate room blocks, and ensure smooth coordination
- Provide customer service support to conference participants
- Attend conferences and offer on-site assistance when needed
Requirements:
- High-level proficiency in both Hebrew and English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive approach and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in a similar role – an advantage
