Sales & Client Relations Coordinator

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in doing things thoroughly and well. You’ll be involved in the day-to-day tasks that keep our business running — from building proposals and budgets, to working with suppliers, to communicating with clients and making sure every detail is in place.

We’re looking for someone who’s organized, efficient, focused on accuracy, and brings a proactive approach to every task.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responding to tenders and client inquiries with clear, well-crafted proposals and presentations
  • Preparing detailed budgets in Excel, collecting supplier quotes, and negotiating terms
  • Writing and presenting materials in both Hebrew and English
  • Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Meeting clients, understanding their needs, and helping shape practical, tailored solutions
  • Supporting ongoing sales efforts and client communication

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a similar role — preferably in conferences, events, or marketing
  • High-level Hebrew and English, both written and spoken (native English – an advantage)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office (especially PowerPoint)
  • Highly organized, reliable, and calm under pressure
  • Familiarity with tools like Monday.com and AI-based tools for content or design – an advantage
  • Relevant academic degree – required
