Israel’s leading company in conference, exhibition and tourism management is seeking an outstanding Travel Agent. The role includes handling end-to-end travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, transfers, and ground services for business clients, private clients, and delegations.
Responsibilities

End-to-end handling of flight, hotel, transfer and ground-service bookings for delegations, speakers and exhibition/conference visitors

Day-to-day work with GDS platforms (Sabre) for reservations and pricing, and with Gilboa for account management.

Logistical coordination with suppliers at home and abroad, including real-time problem-solving

Service and sales for corporate clients, close cooperation with project managers, and achievement of quality and timeline targets

Report generation, budget tracking and continuous improvement of operational processes
Requirements

At least one year of experience as a travel agent – a must.

Full proficiency in GDS systems – a must.

High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English (spoken and written) – a must.

Knowledge of additional languages – an advantage.

Certified Travel Agent/Travel Consultant or a graduate of an accredited course from the Association of Travel Agents/IATA – a significant advantage.

Service-oriented sales approach, ability to work under pressure in a multitasking environment.

Proficiency in Office and relevant computer systems.

Availability for a full-time position at the company’s offices, Sunday to Thursday.
