Stage Two: Full speed ahead
Perhaps you know conferences from the participant point of view, or you have been part of a congress' steering committee but you have not organised one yet – just do what you do best and leave the rest to us. We’ll even give you answers to the questions you don’t know to ask.
Having drawn up a shortlist of options for elements such as the venue, event format, branding, website and more, we will work together with you to make the final decisions and create a work plan according to the available budget. We will also make a list with you of contacts to approach as attendees, speakers, participants, sponsors and exhibitors.
Once these details have been agreed and signed off, we launch into action to organize the event itself.
There are so many elements to take into account when organizing a conference - and you can rest assured we have them all covered. First and foremost, we know how to help you locate your partners for the road. Using our extensive connections in industry, government and academia, we will lead the way in building with you a winning team that will steer the event toward success. We will handle all the tasks required to create a successful event: devising the concept; developing the content; setting and allocating the budget; advertising; negotiating with sponsors, venues and suppliers; hiring sub-contractors; creating the event program; handling the itineraries, travel and accommodation arrangements of VIPs and guests; catering and social events; and of course, ensuring that the highest quality AV and sound equipment is available and running smoothly on the big day…. All that’s left for you to do is turn up - we’ll take care of the rest!
