Exhibitions and Sponsorship Sales Coordinator

An exciting opportunity to step into the dynamic world of sponsorship and exhibition sales for conferences, trade shows, and events.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and generate new leads using Google and LinkedIn while managing existing leads.
  • Connect with potential clients via phone calls and emails.
  • Handle the sales process for exhibitions and sponsorships at company-organized conferences.
  • Keep sales activities and data updated in Monday.com and Excel.
  • Provide on-site support and problem-solving before and during conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience, including cold calls and initial client outreach.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
  • Organized, multitasker, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and flexible with hours when needed.
  • Self-driven, independent, and positive.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com is an advantage.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.

Employment Terms:

  • Part time position with an option for full time at our Tel Aviv office.
